VAUDE TRAILFRAME L
With a length of 50 centimetres and a volume of 5 litres, the Trailframe frame pannier is very generously sized and is happy to swallow heavier and longer gear, such as tent poles or groceries, without affecting the handling of the bike.
The waterproof welded bag is attached to the head tube, top tube and seat tube with sturdy Velcro straps. The slim design offers sufficient knee room, while an internal Velcro fastening helps to secure the contents and prevent the bag from bulging. The zippered organizer in the main compartment separates small items from larger gear. The very long, waterproof main zipper makes it easy to pack and unpack.
To make optimum use of the entire frame triangle, the Trailframe L frame pannier (edge length fourteen centimetres) can be combined with the Trailframe M (edge length twenty centimetres). There are two slots in the bottom of the bag through which the top tube attachments of the Trailframe M can be looped. This bikepacking combination fills the entire area between the frame tubes with its total volume of eight litres. Please note the dimensions.
