VAUDE MEN'S BATURA INSULATION JACKET
An indispensable source of warmth on any kind of ski tour or other mountain sports – the very lightweight Batura jacket for men packs down small. The innovative fill of this jacket makes a quantum leap in insulation technology. This synthetic down has the advantage that it keeps you warm even when wet and is relatively easy care.
Insulating spheres of fiber were sewn into chambers, as is customary with down, in order to achieve the best warmth results. The jacket can be packed into the stretchy mesh inner pocket to take up even less room in your pack on the way up the mountain.
The form-fitting style fits perfectly under a hardshell and the adjustable waistband will help make sure you don't become chilled when you stop for a break.

Vegan
VAUDE consistently uses synthetic and/or plant-based materials for our vegan products. However, traces of animal-based components in dyes or adhesives cannot be completely ruled out.
No PFAS Finish
This water- and dirt-repellent finish is applied to the outer fabric. This causes raindrops to roll off. VAUDE does not use fluorocarbons, so-called PFAS or PFC chemicals, which are suspected of being harmful to health. Regular re-treatment is necessary for lasting water and dirt repellency.
Slim Fit
The product comes in a slim fit, i.e., a close-fitting cut that is tighter than the regular fit.
HeatSphere Insulation
As warm as down: The fluffy balls of “VAUDE HeatSphere Insulation,” made from 100% recycled PET bottles, have the same properties as down fill. They are lightweight, highly elastic, and warmer than any other quilted filling. They even provide warmth when damp without clumping.
Recycled Polyamide
The main material in this product consists primarily of recycled polyamide. This is sourced, for example, from old fishing nets or carpets. This allows valuable resources to be reused.
