Eco Finish
Eco Finish – environmentally friendly water and stain resistant finish.
This water and stain resistant finish is applied to the outer fabric of your product so that water pearls up and runs right off – without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs). This protects you from the rain and keeps the planet clean. Regular reapplication is necessary for permanent waterproofing and stain resistance.
PET Recycling
Recycled PET: high quality polyester made from recycled PET bottles.
Collect, clean, granulate and spin into high quality polyester yarn – that’s what’s involved in the recycling of PET bottles. In the manufacturing process, we can reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 50% while completely eliminating the use of new fossil fuels. This conserves resources and keeps our ecological footprint small.
My Climate
Climate-neutral product. The emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping are analyzed and systematically reduced. Emissions that are currently unavoidable are fully offset through myclimate.
Velcro
Velcro – uncomplicated velcro attachment for bike bags. It doesn’t get easier than this! You can easily attach your VAUDE bike bag to your bike frame with this weight-saving velcro fastener. Just wrap the Velcro fastener around your saddle rail and close it securely. It’s just as easy to unfasten as well.

The TwinZipper double pannier will brighten your day. It’s got color-contrasting zips and highlights as well as a playful print on the primary material – perfect for urban style. It’s incredibly easy to attach and remove from your bike. Just attach the bar connecting the two bags to the top and lower side of the gear rack with Velcro straps.

 

With 4 integrated eyelets, it also offers the possibility of retrofitting other systems (Uniklip, MIK, Snap-it, Snap-it II, I-Rack). The main compartment opens wide and closes with a zip; there’s also a front pocket with zip for securely storing everything that needs to be kept close at hand. Reflective elements and a rain cover made from 100% recycled polyester ensure greater visibility in low light conditions.

 

For the planet:

  • Made from recycled materials and recycled PET plastic bottles. The bottles are collected, cleaned, melted down and processed into high-quality yarn.
  • Made with eco-friendly, water-repellent Eco Finish and is manufactured without the use of environmentally-harmful fluorocarbons (PFC).
  • This product is climate neutral. We’ve analyzed and reduced all emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping. Emissions that are currently unavoidable were fully offset by the independent non-profit organization.
