Eco Finish
Eco Finish – environmentally friendly water and stain resistant finish.
This water and stain resistant finish is applied to the outer fabric of your product so that water pearls up and runs right off – without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs). This protects you from the rain and keeps the planet clean. Regular reapplication is necessary for permanent waterproofing and stain resistance.
PET Recycling
Recycled PET: high quality polyester made from recycled PET bottles.
Collect, clean, granulate and spin into high quality polyester yarn – that’s what’s involved in the recycling of PET bottles. In the manufacturing process, we can reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 50% while completely eliminating the use of new fossil fuels. This conserves resources and keeps our ecological footprint small.

Climate-neutral product. The emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping are analyzed and systematically reduced. Emissions that are currently unavoidable are fully offset through myclimate.
QMR 2.0
QMR (Quick Mount Release) 2.0 - user-friendly attachment system.
QMR (Quick Mount Release) 2.0 is a high-quality and technically sophisticated attachment system with hooks for your VAUDE panniers. This second generation is even easier to use and can be secured with a padlock (e.g. Abus 145/20) directly on the hook. The QMR system is perfect for gear racks with a tube diameter of 8 to 16 millimeters. Three reducers (8/10/13 mm) are included with the pannier. Maximum load per bag is 12.5 kg.
Softback 2
Soft Back 2.0 – with a lightweight back panel.
The Soft Back 2.0 back panel for VAUDE panniers doesn’t require a plastic panel which helps conserve resources in production. Other advantages: significantly reduced overall weight on your bike and greater flexibility when attaching to the rack. This makes your tour even more fun! Maximum load per bag is 10 kg.

VAUDE eBACK SINGLE 22

 

The eBack gear rack bag is specially designed for commuters or travelers riding with a laptop (up to 15.6″); the compartment is securely padded for all kinds of riding — whether on an e-bike or a conventional bike. A spare battery (up to 40 cm) or water bottle can be packed in the large main compartment.

 

In addition, there’s room for everything you need on the road or for work — documents, some food, a change of clothes. A mesh pocket organizes charging cables and other small items. The easy-access front pocket offers great options for organization. The bag attaches securely on the right or left of your gear rack with the QMR 2.0 system. The hooks can be easily adjusted with user-friendly dials The bike bag can be locked directly to the QMR hook using a U-lock (such as the Abus 145/20).

 

The gear rack bag is freestanding thanks to the stiffened side panels. Delivery includes: 1 bag that can be attached to your gear rack on the left or the right. A detachable shoulder strap, reflective elements, and a rain cover round out the features.

  • Made from recycled materials and recycled PET plastic bottles. The bottles are collected, cleaned, melted down and processed into high-quality yarn.
  • Made with eco-friendly, water-repellent Eco Finish and is manufactured without the use of environmentally-harmful fluorocarbons (PFC).
  • This product is climate neutral. We’ve analyzed and reduced all emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping. Emissions that are currently unavoidable were fully offset by the independent non-profit organization.
