Eco Finish
Eco Finish – environmentally friendly water and stain resistant finish.
This water and stain resistant finish is applied to the outer fabric of your product so that water pearls up and runs right off – without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs). This protects you from the rain and keeps the planet clean. Regular reapplication is necessary for permanent waterproofing and stain resistance.
Ergoshape
These ergonomic shoulder straps ensure optimum freedom of movement and extra comfort for your next mountain, trekking or hiking tour. Ergoshape shoulder straps are designed to be wider where they rest on your shoulders and narrower at the front and under your arms. Ergoshape shoulder straps are specifically adapted to the different needs of women and men.
PET Recycling
Recycled PET: high quality polyester made from recycled PET bottles.
Collect, clean, granulate and spin into high quality polyester yarn – that’s what’s involved in the recycling of PET bottles. In the manufacturing process, we can reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 50% while completely eliminating the use of new fossil fuels. This conserves resources and keeps our ecological footprint small.

VAUDE TREMALZO 12 WS

You can use the VAUDE Tremalzo 12 WS whenever you’re looking for a small, compact backpack for a quick after-work ride. It’s also great for freeride trips in summer when your load should stay as small as possible. It scores with a suspension system and hip belt specially adapted to the female frame, a well-designed compartment layout with an organization compartment on the front, reflective elements and space for an air pump, tools and a hydration bladder. Side mesh compartments also offer storage space for gloves, gels or bars.

Women have their own specific needs when it comes to backpack design. Our women’s backpacks are specifically engineered to meet these needs:

 

Torso length

Women are an average of 10 cm shorter than men – they have a shorter torso, and their shoulders are narrower. VAUDE women’s backpacks are designed to have a shorter back and are also smaller and narrower than the equivalent versions for men. This guarantees an optimal fit.

 

Shoulder straps
In general, women’s backs are narrower than men’s in the shoulder area. To make sure that the shoulder straps don’t chafe uncomfortably or pinch at the front, we’ve designed our women’s backpacks with s-shaped shoulder straps. This design makes the pack especially stable and keeps it from sliding around on your back. In addition, the height of the sternum strap can be adjusted to allow for the best fit possible.
